Impartiality
We or any partner will never do the following:
- Certify quality, environmental, and food safety management systems on which it consults.
- Accredit another group that certifies management systems.
- Certify a client when their relationship with another consultancy makes them too biased.
- Offer an internal audit service to clients who have been approved.
- Hire a management consulting company that works with management systems to do any audits as described in the rules.
- Do not instruct any auditors to check out a Social Accountability Scheme if those auditors have also trained the company that wants the audit.
- Don't do anything that could affect your ability to make decisions on your own or your integrity.
