Arrow Certification follows a proper complaint and appeal system when dealing with complaints and appeals.
  • If the client doesn't agree with the auditor's suggestions after an assessment, they can file an appeal with our Quality Manager.
  • The client must back up his reasons with hard facts. A committee formed by the Governing Board will hear all appeals. The relevant auditor and the client's representative may give evidence to the committee.
  • The committee's decision will be final, and both the client and the company will have to follow it.
  • Neither side will be able to make a counter-claim. No compensation will be given to either side because of an appeal, no matter what the reason.
  • To file your complaints and appeals, you should fill out the prescribed form. You can access it by visiting our website and sending it to the department head or our email.
