Arrow Certification follows a proper complaint and appeal system when dealing with complaints and appeals.
If the client doesn't agree with the auditor's suggestions after an assessment, they can file an appeal with our Quality Manager.
The client must back up his reasons with hard facts. A committee formed by the Governing Board will hear all appeals. The relevant auditor and the client's representative may give evidence to the committee.
The committee's decision will be final, and both the client and the company will have to follow it.
Neither side will be able to make a counter-claim. No compensation will be given to either side because of an appeal, no matter what the reason.
